And in our opinion, it is THE MOST IMPORTANT part of the whole process.
And yes – we dedicate our time to you gratis (**there is a £20 deposit but you get that back by turning up)
Why? Because we want NO BARRIERS to you reaching out for help.
And when you commit to having our help, we need to deliver.
That means we have to understand your issue completely.
Other therapists might ask a few basic questions in their consultations. Here you’ll have up to 40 minutes of near-forensic study into your issues.
And while we don’t formally use hypnosis in that session, your path to change and recovery has already started therapeutically beyond your conscious awareness.
This is your big chance to explain what is happening in your life and what you want to change. It’s vital that when you leave this session, you are confident that we’ve understood you, and that you feel listened to.
And why is this so important?
Because then we can maximise every second of our later hypnotherapy sessions.
It means all our future time can be spent making changes.
We work best when we know exactly what the problem is.
And that is how you get the best hypnotherapy and the best results.
Now some people think we’re crazy doing this. Our fellow therapists and coaches would call this a “discovery session” and charge you top dollar for this.
Heck, there are coaches who wouldn’t flinch at putting upwards of £300 on your bill for this session. (And to be fair in our international coaching business, I’m one of them).
So if you want to make rapid effective changes in your life, book that consultation because although it might be complimentary (means free) (for now!), in terms of your happiness and success, it is priceless.
