Hypnosis for Dangerous Habits

This is the state of being psychologically and or physically enslaved to a habit or practice, which extends far beyond one’s voluntary control, despite adverse consequences.

It can take many forms, from alcohol and cigarettes, to gambling, the internet, gaming, food, porn, sex and even love.

You may have a habit, if your behaviour:

I visited Alex after reading her website which was very interesting and informative .

I have been a yo-yo dieter for many years and in 2013 lost 3.5 stone through a calorie controlled diet and exercise.
