So how does weight loss hypnotherapy work?
I simply change the way your subconscious mind thinks about food through a combination of hypnosis and EFT for those uncontrollable cravings.
You will stop overeating, you will stop emotional eating and you’ll banish bad snacking habits. You will learn to listen to your body and give it what it really wants and you may even want to exercise. I’ll even help you feel good about yourself too!

All my clients are treated on an individual basis, according to your personal needs, habits and relationship with food.
Therefore, the number of recommended sessions varies from person to person but in most cases, lasting changes can be reached in four to six sessions.
Sessions cost £70 each for daytime sessions, and £75 for sessions starting at 5pm or later. Weight loss sessions last for an hour.
