EFT, which is also referred to as ‘tapping’, has been hailed as a modern-day miracle that can help with … pretty much anything.
You name it, EFT can help it, grow it, fix it, stop it, whatever.
But it is especially good with phobias, anxiety, lack of confidence, food cravings and any self-sabotaging thoughts that hold you back from living the life you want to lead.
And even more spectacularly, you can see results almost instantly.*
But what does it involve?
Quite simply, it’s tapping. I guide you as you just tap your fingers lightly on key pressure/energy points around your head, face, torso and hands, while focusing on an issue that you would like to resolve.
I could do the tapping for you, but not everyone likes having someone else touch their face. And if you do it yourself as I guide you, then you’ll learn it better and faster and then you’ll have an instant calming/craving-busting/energising tool at your fingertips whenever you need it – for life!
And that, you will thank me for. Trust me!
How does it work?
Think of it as a kind of psychological acupuncture – but without needles and pain.
The tapping sends a kinetic energy into your body’s energy system releases any energy blockages which have been the cause of negative emotions. When you focus and tap, your energy system “straightens out”, eliminating the learned, negative emotional response to a given situation.
Sounds a bit weird? Well, it’s based on techniques that have been practised for 5,000 years in Eastern cultures. Although Western medicine has largely ignored its application, that too is starting to change as medical and psychiatric groups here are becoming more accepting of its use, with many attracted by the speed with which EFT gets lasting results.
My EFT sessions last one hour, and, unlike a course of hypnotherapy, you do not have to be hypnotised and you are not required to attend a preliminary assessment session (although you can have both if you like as the assessment session is free).
If you don’t want to attend the free initial assessment session, I will simply need your email address, or postal address, to send a you a brief questionnaire which you will need to complete and return prior to your session. Sessions cost £70 for appointments starting between 9am-5pm, and £75 for appointments after 5pm.
